Massaging improves the blood circulation near the injury. More blood supply will enhance more supply of nutrients and healing factors to the location of the injury. This process will help in repairing the fractured bones at fast speed.

Regular exercise increases the strength of the muscles. The muscles around the fractured site become weak mainly due to splinting and casting as movement of affected parts get reduced. Therefore, exercise will definitely make muscles strong and increase the speed of healing.

Another way to increase blood circulation is heat therapy. You can cover your fractured area with warm clothes or you can use a hot water bag. Apply heat at the injury point for 30 minutes, 3 times a day.
