This can lead to too much vitamin D, which can cause kidney stones and make it difficult for the kidneys to function properly.
Vitamins are the play a vital role in preventing fractured bones but it is not effective for preventive fracture in older people. Calcium and vitamin D alone may not be sufficient to reduce the risk of broken bones in high-risk elderly people. Prescription medications may be necessary to stop bone loss. Because today every person is busy with his work that he has no time to take food in a proper manner. He always eats junk food for his breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The junk food has no proper vitamins and its level of fat is high. The lack of calcium and vitamins in most people usually leads to fracture even if it is only due to a slight fall or minor accident. This is because the lack of enough nutrients for the bones makes them weak. But the Vitamin D has the power to help in the recovery the bones after an injury. So it is my suggestion to all the person to take food on the proper time with the right nutrients to help prevent fracture.
